What happened?

An issue was identified in relation to integration webhooks not firing on 02-21. After initial investigation this was confirmed to be related to newly created webhooks/integrations. Existing webhooks were functioning as expected. Following further investigation we concluded that the configuration of the service responsible for associating observable events with integrations had been reverted to an older version in an unrelated production deployment. This took place on 02-20.

The affected configuration was corrected and deployed on 02-24 which enabled webhooks to be triggered as normal. During the affected timeframe the integration definitions were not lost.

We have assessed our processes and have made changes accordingly.
